For decades, we have been handling condominium ownership projects for a multitude of the most important Austrian real estate developers and their clients, drafting purchase agreements, acting as an escrow agent, concluding agreements on condominium ownership and having such ownership entered in the land register, thus establishing condominium ownership.
We regularly draft agreements and act as an escrow agent in accordance with the Real Estate Developers’ Contract Act (Bauträgervertragsgesetz – BTVG). We also advise real estate companies on the letting of business premises and apartments, and property management companies on issues concerning tenancy and housing law.
We assist renowned real estate developers and companies in buying property, having complex changes made in the form and size of plots of land, obtaining the designation as building land and reselling developed real estate.
Last but not least we also represent our clients in all legal disputes in court and out of court.
